We won. End of season tourney. . Played 4 games in a row and finished up about 2:30 AM. I gave my son a Mountain Dew and I thought he was never going to sleep lol. That is why I never give my child Mountain Dew!! He was the cutest thing ever tho! When we got home he had to arrange all of his trophies and add the new one at 3 in the morning.
On another note I’ve had enough of scorpions to last me the rest of my life. Last yr Louie found one IN the toilet paper roll and this year TODAY I find one in my mail. Not my mailbox.. My stack of mail that was in my hand. I should have hung his little body to warn all the other scorpions off ha ha.
Summer baseball is very time consuming. Don’t let your kid get started if you aren’t both dedicated! And I mean DEDICATED. Trust me.. It takes a family to survive summer league… Or one very tired mother…
and QVC has it’s hooks in me.
It’s been ice and snow since Thursday so we came and stayed with my mom since the husband is off working in Arkansas (literally freezing his well digger ass off). It hasn’t been horrible but I’ve had breakdowns (I won’t deny it). I had to bring Goose and Zeus (very much outside puppies), their crates, Sis (very much an inside puppy), and of course my kiddos 🙂 and we’ve all been packed in since THURSDAY. Not to mention that my moms dogs (very much outside puppies also) have been brought inside part of the time and there has been no school since Wednesday and it’s out Monday too. I will say we still have electricity so that is very much a blessing! But I think we are all starting to feel a bit cramped in at this point.
I’ve been trying to keep entertained. I have read three books since Thursday, drank a lot of Bud Light, ate a ton of stew, and snap chatted like a mad woman. I’m running out of ideas so I thought I would start catching up on reading some blogs! Hope everyone’s weekends were a bit more entertaining than mine!
He is loving the ice and snow!
I am a glorified cat lady.
My tree died last Christmas. I lost the stand and a few crucial branches so I thought I would be cheap until after Christmas. I found a pre-lit tree for $39 bucks. I was stoked. I mean until after Christmas it would be great, right? Not so much. It was sad from the start. I thought maybe I could spruce it up a bit but my decorations were still packed away in boxes so it was left to its own for a day or week. I did not realize that my cat thought I had given him the best Christmas present ever.
I’m pretty sure we could give the Charlie Brown tree a run for its money. My cats ass actually bent the branches down and the branches …they said screw it and won’t even stretch back in to fill any gaps.
I’m thinking this cat lady thing isn’t working so well for me.
On a side not I was able to find another use for the tree box.
My favorite part of the automatic car wash. It reminds me of a Lisa Frank unicorn. Well, what I’m pretty sure a unicorns puke would look and smell like. A little bit of heaven. I love being back in the 80’s/90’s. 🙂
I am trying to figure my iPhone out and this is not going well for me! Just stick with me and we will work it out. 🙂
My post is SUPPOSED to say that a bag even works. 🙂 and as you can see i have a lot of free time on my hands! It is supposed to be a picture. Is it there Siri? Ha ha. I love and hate you and no I do not need you to search the web for love/hate because you are the definition.
Oh, did I tell you that my husband adopted 2 new puppies? I’m sure he was afraid the kids and I would be bored since we don’t have a lot to clean up with our massive Marmaduke running around chewing on EVERYTHING. We were thinking of naming them Salt and Pepper (one has a tiny white dot on her head and the male is just black) but then my husband said something the other day that made me want to name them Dan and Roseanne. So, I give you the new un-named new members of our family…
I went to Memphis last weekend with my sister and my mom. It was a blast. My husband was being super nice about me going and the night before I left I finally seen one reason why.
Our new family member Smokey. He is 5 months old and all puppy. He sends me this picture saying that Trixie and Smokey are getting on well.
I took this picture this morning. Sure, babe, they are getting on so well I want to shoot them haha. They love eachother (or are learning too). I’m glad my cat is declawed infront or I’m pretty sure he would take Smokey out in his sleep. He is a siamese you know. He’s ninja.
